the treadmill wont start a run, DONT BUY!!!

Eind november 21 heb ik voor de 2e keer een step (FST10) bij jullie besteld, deze step arriveerde defect op het bezorgadres. Het bedieningspaneel is kapot en daardoor doet de step het niet. Ik probeer op allerlei manieren contact met jullie te krijgen om dit op te lossen, maar krijg geen reactie op mails en telefonisch zijn jullie niet te bereiken. Ik zit nu met een onbruikbare step van € 259,-! Hoe kan dit probleem opgelost worden?

They don't check the bikes! Mine didn't even turn one and parts were broken off. This is not second hand, this is a broken bike...
Super shit product and super shit costumer service also. Didn't get any help and they don't pick up the phone.
